Melt Away Cleansing Oil

I used this cleansing oil. Its result was not 100%; I would say it was around 80%.
The other issue was that the bottle was in very poor condition. The cap would not open properly, and the spray pump could not be used at all. I had to remove the entire lid and pour the oil out directly from the bottle because the spray mechanism was unusable.
The glass cap on top was also stuck and would not come off. The bottle was defective, so my overall experience was not very good.Although I have used many of your products, and some of my favorites are the Peptide Centella Serum and the Vitamin C Serum. These are among my favorite products, and I have been using them continuously.
However, this time my experience was not good.
As for the sunscreen, the quantity is very small considering its price. It is quite expensive, and the amount provided is not enough.
If we follow the recommended two-finger-length application, the product will run out very quickly with daily use, making it quite costly in the long run. Either we would have to use a smaller amount, or the product should come in a larger quantity for the price being charged.
I think this is something that should be reconsidered. It would be helpful if you could review this issue and think about what improvements can be made regarding the product quantity and pricing.pls I would appreciate it if Anya could reply to me directly
