Good. I feel that the previous hydrating cleanser was really nice the way it cleanses milky texture and the smell was amazing, the new cleanser is ok and didn't really like the way it cleanses face.

This is my third time ordering the Blissful Hydrating Cleanser, and I’ve been purchasing it since the very start of the brand. When it was first launched, the formula was incredibly hydrating, gentle, and worked beautifully even for sensitive skin. However, the formula has changed far too much since then. The current formula causes itchiness on my skin and no longer feels as gentle or soothing as it did originally. It’s not necessarily a bad formula, but it is noticeably different from what I first fell in love with.

The packaging is another major issue. The tube keeps bursting from the back instead of dispensing the product properly from the front. This has happened repeatedly, and for my third purchase, I really expected the packaging to have improved. Overall, both the formula and packaging have changed considerably from the original, and unfortunately, not in a way that works for me.

I'm using your hydrating cleanser from starting but now it's totally change I like the starting formula please make that one not this also improve your packing too and it's not make any foam so please change it we trust you blindly so don't break our trust
