Hydrating Cleanser

i was using your other cleanser, but this hydrating cleanser is drying my face although my skin is oily but still I don’t know the reason

I have purchased it multiple times before & i was so happy to finally find a cleanser that suits me but the last time i bought it the formula has changed. It’s so hard to lather it on the hands. It keeps slipping. Some of it goes to waste while using because it slips away from my hands while i try to lather it. I have to apply so much pressure to take it out. Please fix this. I have been a very keen user of it and i wish to continue using it.

I am regular user of this product i was using the batch pf hydrating cleanser I ordered in September but this time on sale i order again they are not the same making my skin so dry and cleanser is irritating my skin and not even making sufficient foam as foaming texture was everyone's favorite, the badass part is that consistency is also so watery that was used to be super thick know i don't know what to do with the cleansers i stocked up all money got waste. I hope some one from blissful or anya read this out and solve this issue of us alot of other's are also facing the same

I’ve ordered Blissful Face Wash 4–5 times before and the quality was excellent. A small amount used to create rich foam. Now even using more product gives almost no foam.Very disappointing downgrade in quality. As a regular customer, I’m really disappointed. The face wash used to be thick and foamy, now it feels diluted and weak. Please improve your quality.

The cleanser used to eat my favourite earlier, but after the ingredients change I no longer like the formulation. Firstly it is too runny and doesn't lather as much as it did previously. yo get too much product out beacuse of its consistency, so tube packaging is mot suitable for its consistency. The smell also seems a bit chemically. Previously I would use a very small amount and it would clean the face really well.
