Barrier Repair Cleanser

I ordered this product with a lot of excitement because I really like the product and had read good reviews about it. However, when I received it and opened the package, the outer packaging was completely fine. But when I opened it, the cardboard box inside was already soaked. I had ordered a cleanser and a barrier repair moisturizer, and when I took them out, both of their boxes were completely soaked as well. It seemed like the tubes inside may have been leaking or perhaps the package had been poorly handled—I’m not sure. But when I received the parcel, everything was dripping wet, which was extremely disappointing.

Discription of the barrier repair cleanser mentions ceramides but NO ceramides in the ingredients list.?????

I feel its result compete the level of international products .
I really like oil cleanser OMG its too too gud .

The bottle head had a little crack which I wasn't aware of and when I placed it on shelf, the liquid leaked and got wasted. This was my 2nd time ordering the cleanser because I liked it so much unfortunately my money got wasted.
